SIBO Staff Quality Development Activities

On December 27th, 2020, after the annual review meeting, SIBO organized a quality development activity for the excellent employees, to help them better know themselves and the team, and promote the development of the team. After a whole day’s training, although the body tired, but mentally have a good harvest, but more importantly to every employee, to the team to have a new understanding, that is a person to develop, self-confidence is essential, and to the development of a company, a passionate team is also essential.

The first is team building. A team is a team formed by some people in order to achieve a certain goal. It is the efforts of everyone in the team that make a team run properly. The second is cohesion. No one knows what the next activity will be until the captain announces the next task. At this time, we need to have a good cohesion, and we need to actively discuss and propose ideas. Although there are arguments and differences, we have only one goal, that is, to complete the task unyielding. The third is the ability to try and execute. When one method fails, another method will be put into action immediately. When all the methods have been used, we find the most feasible method, which is the embodiment of the combination of trying and execution.
